Table 1 Received samples

Each sample was assessed for reactivity risk based on pH, carbonate content, reactive sulphide content and coal content using the QMR Reactive Ground Test (refer to Table 2). One sample that was tested had a reactive sulphide content above trace. This sample was alkaline and contained coal which inhibited a reaction with nitrates.

Conclusion:

All samples were found to be not reactive.
